Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do you take my insurance?

We have chosen to be out of network with your insurance company. You may have out of network benefits that contributes to your care. If so, we are happy to provide you with an itemized statement. We take HSA cards and always provide itemized statements for self-submission if requested.

Most insurance companies are not up to speed with the most innovative therapies. They mostly still consider what we do as “investigational” even though our initial neurological studies and technology have decades of research studies behind them, proving them safe and effective.

How much does it cost?

Our fee for your initial two visits is $235. This includes your two visits where you’ll receive our initial examination, a doctor consultation, and computerized neurological studies to help us get to the root cause of your health concerns.

In addition, this price also includes everything we do on your second-day visit which includes a detailed report of findings, any recommendations made by your doctor, and includes your adjustment.

Will I get adjusted on the first visit?

We take your spinal health and well-being very seriously. Typically your first adjustment with us will be on your second visit after the Doctor has reviewed your exam findings and studied your case to determine the areas of your spine that need to be adjusted and how to best provide an effective evidence based  approach for your care.

What adjusting techniques are utilized?

We are trained to use a variety of techniques. We use a combination of drop tables, adjusting instruments, and traditional adjustments by hand. In addition, your doctor is certified in Webster Technique for pregnancy care. Your comfort and experience is our primary focus when fixing your alignment.

How many times do I need to be seen?

This depends on your history and how healthy or damaged your spine is. We factor in the degree of posture imbalance, inflammation, and the level of degenerative (arthritic) changes present. After your initial evaluation, we will know the answer to these questions. We will review this in great detail when we go over the results of your first visit.

How long does an evaluation take?

Your initial evaluation in our office will take 25-40 minutes. We kindly ask that you please fill out our online intake forms on your phone or computer before your visit. This will save you time in the office and allow the doctor to be most prepared.

We will send you a link with your intake forms when initially scheduling to expedite your visit. We honor and respect your time and therefore focus on being an extremely punctual office. Therefore, please arrive at your appointment 10 minutes early. We assure you this is not your typical doctor’s office experience!

Is Medicare or Medicaid accepted?

Medicaid does not cover chiropractic care. Medicare is not covered in our office because they have deemed our services as “wellness care.” Therefore, it does not contribute to care in our office.
