I LOVE Dr. Shelby! When searching for a new chiro to help me with my accident injury from 2 years ago, I wanted someone with a more holistic /gentle approach. I am not a fan of adjustments that including cracking, and she has implemented a more gentle adjustment approach for my treatment plan. Yesterday I went in with a headache, it was pounding, and I was hurting so bad. When I left I felt more relaxed, and the pounding had stopped. I slept like a baby last night, totally ran late for work this morning, but that was probably the best sleep I’ve ever had in a while, so I ain’t mad about it!!! I am actually bringing my 1 year old to see her in a couple of weeks, then my 5 year old soon after. This morning my body feels so chill and relaxed, she is the best and I am SOOOO glad my friend referred me to her!
