I came in with stiffness in the back from years of playing football and 10 years in the military. Dr. Adrian and his staff have done a great job in getting me on the right path. I have only received adjustments for less than a month, and the stiffness has already started to go away. I am glad that I started this process when I did, instead of waiting. I encourage everyone to at least check on their spinal health. I look forward to completing this process and getting back to my normal workout routine, and being able to walk and run stiff free. Remember, health is wealth.
